Customer Care Manager (Mat Leave Cover)
Here in 123.ie we are passionate about two things: our customers and our people. We are looking for a Customer Care Manager who shares these passions and will play a key role in delivering extraordinary service to our customers when they need us most and help develop our customer care team.
This is a senior role and as such carries with it a significant level of responsibility such as reviewing and implementing the customer service strategy, building positive relationships across the business, leading change, setting and meeting KPI’s, SLA’s (and all the other service acronyms!) and everything else that occurs on daily basis in a busy contact centre.
If you're the right fit you’ll know as you’ll be happiest when surrounded by wall boards and in your spare time you think about IVR’s, AHT, LCW and FCR (again with the acronyms). Also, (and this is important!) people that have worked on your teams will describe you as energetic, results orientated, passionate about people, dedicated to customers and great craic!
So if you want to make a key contribution to a “best in class” customer experience in a hands-on management role, we want you to lead the team.
