Sales & Growth Supervisor  (Open to internal applicants only)

Suitable candidates should have a track record of consistently meeting both Sales and Call Quality targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coaching team members to deliver outstanding customer experience on all interactions.
  • Help drive overall team performance & ensure all SLA’s & KPI`s are met.
  • Assist Team Leads in leading an enabled, engaged team with a focus on individual development.
  • Participation in quality initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Call reviews & coaching in line with MCC Requirements
  • Active participation in Sales Performance Meetings
  • Communicating team performance daily
  • Liaising with Underwriters and colleagues throughout the business
  • Assist in new hire interviews as required.
  • Investigating complaints and ensure they are handled within CPC requirements.
  • Completing ad hoc tasks e.g. audits, texts, CPC logs etc.
  • Ensure processes and duties are carried out within compliance & regulatory requirements.

 Requirements:

  • APA Qualified
  • Adaptable, flexible, collaborative and results driven.
  • Ability to communicate to all levels.
  • Independent thinker/ Team Player, Strong Organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills - ability to multi-task
  • Solution Based Thinking
  • Analytical, Resilient, a strong customer focus
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Track record of consistently meeting Sales and Quality targets.

 

Regulatory Requirements:

  • Hold or be progressing toward a recognised qualification in line with the requirements of the Minimum Competency Code for this role (e.g.  APA/ CIP / or other recognised qualification)
  • This role is a "controlled function" as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that you meet the requirements as set out in the Fitness & Probity standards issued in this Act.  CF5&6.
