Digital Business Analyst

Digital customer experience sits at the heart of everything we do at 123.ie. We have embarked on a digital evolution journey, and we require a passionate digital business analyst to join the team in helping us launch, lead and grow our digital services.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the roll-out and ongoing improvements to our digital products. You will work alongside the Digital Product owners and help to champion the customer, ensuring all new product developments and initiatives are focused on improving our digital customer experience, but also aligns with our business objectives.

This is an outstanding role and will suit an individual who is detail orientated, but who can demonstrate their experience in customer centric role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead backlog requirements gathering and story development.
  • Work with Product Owners and third party vendors to translate product vision into actionable plans that can be implemented by an agile squad.
  • Articulate and communicate story acceptance criteria used for guiding QA and UAT activities.
  • Splitting larger epic level initiatives into smaller story sized iterations while retaining customer value benefits.
  • Liaise with senior management and cross-department, implementing feedback into practical outcomes.
  • Working closely with Claims, Digital and IT teams throughout product lifecycle
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with key team members during the product evolution.
  • Research, assess and develop improvements to improve product performance.
  • You work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Presenting and challenging key business collaborators is common practice for you.
  • You love to work closely with multiple departments whether it be IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Compliance and Claims.
  • You have a strong understanding of customer behaviour and are savvy with market insight reporting tools and analysis, drawing insights from data.
  • You are an advocate for the customer in all interactions with the business when it comes to product direction and decision making.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years experiences with data role ideally
  • Previous experience working in a Customer Centric role owner within a B2C consumer business, online/e-commerce, digital marketing, digital agency or similar.
  • Qualifications in marketing, project management, web development or behaviour science preferred.
  • Familiarity working within Agile frameworks and with Agile teams.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners to deliver on key initiatives.
  • Good understanding of digital technology and its evolution

  • If this role is defined as a "controlled function" by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that you meet the requirements as set out in the Fitness & Probity standards issued in this Act.
