Product Innovation Manager

As Product Innovation Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape our future digital innovation pipeline, with the support of an organization that puts our customer at the forefront of our thinking. In partnership with our digital squads, you will bring new customer focused Products to market and improvements to existing products.

At 123.ie our ambition is to launch new products at speed across our digital platforms tailored to our customers’ changing needs. The Product Innovation Manager will the driving force behind our Digital Innovation who will bring new products to life that will exceed our customers’ expectations. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Your focus will be to drive customer focused product innovation by developing innovation strategies for new and existing products.
• Building business cases for investment and validating them through a feasibility study focused on expect benefits.
• You will identify, specify, and prioritise a pipeline of innovation initiatives which will be delivered through direct partnership with our Digital Development Squad using Agile and Lean best practices.
• You will work with multiple stakeholders across the group to align on the best approach for bringing new products to market.
• You will assess the viability of those products at each stage of development, including post go-live and recommend opportunities for further investment.

 

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years commercial experience in a customer focused Product Manager role.
• Must have experience in leading new product innovation from ideation through to In-life.
• Experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis and Feasibility Studies
• Must have experience working with Agile Delivery Teams
• Previous track record of managing a variety of stakeholders
• Previous track record in launching new Products using lean product development best practices
