Business Change and Implementation Manager

Are you a driver of change? Are you passionate about helping people adapt to organizational and systems changes? We are currently recruiting for the role of Business Change and Implementation Lead to join the 123.ie Change Control team. The successful individual will be responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change deliverables including communications, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, organizational readiness analysis, coaching and resistance management.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
  • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization and working closely with Digital and IT functions
  • Develop project strategies and plans, including assessment, communications, leadership alignment, change readiness, and end-user testing.
  • Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods.
  • Develop short and long-term goals including objectives and execute against annual operational plan.
  • Lead/facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure an understanding of the changes
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of new process and technologies.
  • To plan, manage and report on all aspects of User Acceptance Testing for delivery programmes. Coordinating all activities and dependencies of UAT to ensure the successful acceptance by the business owners of the delivery, which is a multiple component and technology solution.
