Senior Digital Data Analyst

The Senior Digital Data Analyst will play a key role in understanding our customers and performance drivers. You bring data to life by partnering with stakeholders to add insight and analysis to key decision-making processes. Working to support the 123.ie business to give strategic customer insights which will form the basis of a strategy for customer segmentation, CLV and marketing analytics.

 

Why we need you:

As part of the 123.ie Digital Team, you will delve into customer analytics, providing insight into performance and formulating actionable recommendations for strategic planning. Using a range of visualisation and data sources you will be tasked with analysing and identifying new opportunities and efficiencies for the business, helping the team to make data driven decisions and maturing our data capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collate data and insights from a range of visualisation tools and data sources to reach the most accurate conclusions
• Use data and logic to understand customer behaviours and performance drivers to develop actionable insights
• Formulate recommendations for the business from onsite experiment reviews or deep dives on customer behaviours
• Effectively communicate and justify recommendations to the wider team and relevant stakeholder
• Encourage a data led approach to the decision-making process within 123
• Report on progress against key performance indicators

 

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years commercial experience in a customer focussed analytical, statistical, or quantitative role driving business decisions
• Experience in designing and developing data visualisations through PowerBI, or similar.
• Experience in data mining of complex structured and unstructured datasets using R, Python, SQL etc
• Previous track record of working across a complex organisation
• Previous track record of managing a variety of stakeholders
• Previous track record of working with data to create business insights and recommendations
