Office Operation Administrator – Hybrid

Here in 123.i.e., are looking for a highly skilled Office Operation Administrator to join our Customer Care Team. The role is a full-time position, working and can be office-based or hybrid. Training takes place in our Dundrum, Dublin offices.

While the role is based in Dundrum, due to current guidelines there will be a requirement to be able to work both from home and in the office.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning & indexing customer documentation
  • Dealing with deliveries in and out of the office
  • Issuing documents to customers via different methods
  • Any other ad hoc administration duties including running reports and mail merges

 
What we need from you:

  • Previous administration related experience preferable
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and good computer and keyboard skills
  • A great attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail
