Customer Operations Administrator –  Dublin

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Operations Administrator to join our Customer Care Team in our Dundrum office.This role will work as part of our contact centre that deals with a large volume of calls and emails that we expect to be answered in a professional, friendly & efficient manner.

While the role is based in Dundrum, due to current guidelines there will be a requirement to be able to work both from home and also in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming post
  • Validating customer documentation
  • Issuing documents to customers via different methods
  • Any other ad hoc administration duties including running reports and mail merges

 Requirements:

  • Previous administration related experience preferable
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and good computer and keyboard skills
  • A consistent record in meeting targets and Key Performance Indicators
  • A great attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail

  • Sociable hours of work, we are open between 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturday.
