Senior Service Desk Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer focused service that is of the highest standards.
  • Be accountable for tickets entering the Level 2 service desk and bring them to resolution.
  • Own the communication process with the agents.
  • Work to deliver SLAs.
  • Incident classification and resolution.
  • Escalating issues to management as appropriate.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant third level degree and minimum 1-2 years industry experience in a similar role.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills based.
  • Using support tools to manage and track tickets and customer incidents and requests.
  • A demonstrable high-level understanding of C# language, SQL and a real passion for programming.
  • Experience dealing with senior technical and management stakeholders in a corporate environment.

  • You like results, taking ownership for tasks and overcoming obstacles.
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively is key.
