Sales Supervisor (Open to Internal Applicants Only)

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the coaching and perfromance of a number of Sales Agents in our Inbound and Outbound teams. Reporting to the Sales Team Lead this individual will be responsible for reviewing calls, managing agent performance and meeting with agents regularly to set targets and identify areas for improvement or development. They will liaise with the Sales leadership team working together to identify areas for opportunity and drive high performance.

The successful candidate will be required to build strong, close working relationships with their team members and other departments across the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching team members to deliver outstanding customer experience on all interactions
  • Creation and Implementation of coaching workshops 
  • Consistent development of their own coaching skills and tools
  • Attending Sales Performance Meetings reporting on their teams performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Call reviews & coaching in line with MCC Requirements
  • Communicating team performance daily
  • Conducting interviews as required
  • Investigating complaints and ensure they are handled within CPC requirements
  • Participation in business improvement projects and quality initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • APA qualified
  • Consistent high level of call quality score for both Technical and Customer Experience
  • Adaptable, flexible, collaborative and results driven
  • A proven track record of excellent sales performance
  • Excellent time management skills - ability to multi-task
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail.
