Hybrid Sales Executive - earn upwards of €35,000 per annum.

Here in 123.ie we have a highly skilled Sales Team to ensure we deliver an outstanding customer experience at every point of contact. We pride ourselves on being an innovative leader in the insurance industry when it comes to what we provide and how we provide it. Our contact centre deals with a large volume of calls and emails that we expect to be answered in a professional, friendly & efficient manner. We invest in our people through providing best in class training and supporting professional insurance qualifications.

  • We offer a starting salary of €22,000 with an excellent commission structure, you can expect to earn upwards of €35,000, with an opportunity to increase salary upon successful completion of insurance qualification
  • 22 paid annual leave days, plus 2 company days and the option to purchase a further 5 annual leave days per annum
  • While the role is based in Dundrum, this will be a hybrid role where there will be a requirement to be able to work both from home and in the office.

What skills & experience will you need?

  • Expert communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in meeting targets and working in a busy environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer and keyboard skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail
  • Exceptional professionalism and pride in ensuring excellent customer care
  • Minimum requirements Leaving Cert or mature student

What will you be responsible for?

  • Selling our products over the phone to new customers and retain our existing customers
  • Follow up on potential clients and outbound sales
  • To meet and exceed your assigned sales and call quality targets
  • Support the day-to day activities of the team
  • Offer advice on the insurance products we offer in accordance with regulation
