New Product Lead

Exciting new opportunity for an internal applicant to lead product development within Sales department
The New Product Lead will be responsible for new products offerings for as well as enhancing our existing products. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this individual will be responsible for identifying and driving the delivery of growth opportunities with a strong customer focus

The successful candidate will be required to build strong, close working relationships within the both the Sales and Marketing function and across the business to help deliver Op Plan ambitions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities for growth
  • Identifying market / customer needs
  • Product planning /delivery in line with Op Plan commitments
  • Coordinating Sales led initiatives
  • Competitive differentiation utilising market research
  • Participation in business improvement & growth projects
  • Actively supporting Sales, Marketing & Digital departments as required
  • Liaising with Underwriters and colleagues throughout the business
  • Ensuring compliance to both business processes & regulatory requirements
  • Active participation in Sales Performance Meetings
