Growth Marketing Manager

The Growth Marketing Manager will develop and implement a data-driven growth marketing strategy to drive growth acquisition for new business. This role will be responsible for end-to-end performance marketing across the customer lifecycle. As a key player in the organization, the Growth Marketing Manager will develop growth campaigns and promotions for Brand communications (ATL), paid media, PPC, CRM and Email. This role will predominantly drive initiatives for our direct brand, but also, for RSA channels when required.

The role analyses our digital data through channels and customized research, to help develop offers, promotions and propositions to address opportunities to grow our customer base. We would expect the candidate to have a good attention to detail in analyzing digital data and journeys, as well as a strong creative skill to translate insights into good creative briefs. Presenting with clarity to agency partners, within the team and with stakeholders is a must.

We’re looking for a mid-level, self-start who wants to take their career and development to the next level. You will be hands on and an upbeat marketing team member. You will require positive relationship building and go to market management skill. Closely working with channel leads, finance, marketing, digital, pricing as well as an upbeat sales and operations, to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your primary responsibility is to start to develop growth propositions and customer campaigns that are available to channels to grow profitable RSA business either through the partners or direct to customers
  • The campaigns will focus on generating new customer business and / or strengthening the retention of existing customer business.
  • Develop a portfolio of growth promotions and campaigns and ensure it is in a constant improvement status
  • Be informed of the propositions available for use in RSA group, their Impact and applicability to the Irish business
  • Be informed of the propositions that are used by direct and non-direct competitors in the market, the customer trends towards campaigns and their applicability to RSA channels
  • Be prepared to present professionally and work closely with business partners of RSA and third-party channels to implement the growth campaigns
  • Campaign analysis to supervise impact of the proposition and campaigns, identify the reasons for the results and learn as RSA capability progresses.
  • Lead the effective development of the customer campaign, involving finance, marketing, digital, pricing sales, operations, claims and underwriting colleagues, to ensure RSA achieves the required service and performance.
  • Experience in Google Analytics and CRM experience required.
  • Experience in SEO implementation and CMS updates preferable but on the job training will be given.
  • Proactively develop customer data analysis, sales and market / business knowledge, apply standard methodology techniques and tools to improve your performance and exploit RSA’s investment in your training and development.
  • Align with the required standards of sales excellence and best practice and operating effectiveness and efficiency, and Group, legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Degree or master’s in Marketing
