This is an excellent unique career opportunity for a Customer Care Phone Agent to join our dynamic and fast pace customers service team in Dublin. While the role is based in Dundrum, due to current guidelines there will be a requirement to be able to work both from home and also in the office.
We are currently expanding our call centre in Dundrum. This role as a Customers Care Phone Agent with 123.ie is committed to delivering extraordinary standards of customer care and professionalism.
This job as Customers Care Phone Agent will involve you being the point of contact with a large volume of calls that we expect to be answered in a professional, friendly & efficient manner.
