Digital Conversion Manager

Exciting new role within our Digital team at 123.ie. We were doing digital before digital was a thing! And now we’re on a next step in our digital journey and need an expert in conversion optimisation to help guide our agile teams to identify opportunities to improve conversion, setup test experiments and report out on the test learnings.

We are looking for candidates who have hands on experience driving online performance improvement through Conversion Rate Optimisation. Must have experience building and reporting on A/B and Multi-Variate Testing using tools such as Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Optimizely etc.

You will work closely with the Digital Product Owner to identify test opportunities, and work with the team to run our optimisation tests and deliver learnings the we can leverage to make data driven decision to improve the performance of our digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience using analytics tools to identify customer journey pain points and testing opportunities. Assist the team to craft the setup of test experiments to ensure tests can achieve the best learning outcomes. You must also possess a strong analytical skillset for analysing test results and reporting out on the outcomes of test experiments to key stakeholders.

You will be comfortable working with multi-disciplinary teams across IT, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Compliance and Finance to bring the business on a journey of ongoing conversion rate optimisation.

The successful candidate will be able to show previous experience in this field of work whether it be client side or as part of a digital agency.

Reporting into Head of Digital, you will play a major role in the shaping, development and roll-out of a long term digital CX strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Digital Product Owner to identify opportunities for improvement in the digital journey and develop a testing roadmap.
  • Align proposed testing initiatives with clear KPI’s that align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the process and procedures around A/B testing for the Digital Team to ensure best practices are implemented, test learnings are achieved, and change control processes are adhered to.
  • Work closely with in-house front-end developers and UX designers to develop, launch and measure new tests based on reporting analysis.
  • Create and own a roadmap of testing initiatives for 123.ie website and digital products, ensuring they are rolled out on time, and deliver detailed performance reports on the back of each.
  • Ongoing sharing of learnings and knowledge about user behaviour into all future digital projects, ensuring customers are represented in every decision the business make.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience using A/B Testing Tools (e.g. Google Optimize, Optimizely, Adobe Test & Target).
  • Proven experience in web analytics Tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Competent in data analysis and providing business insights from A/B Testing.
  • Experience in a high demand DR business.
  • Experience with financial service preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to providing detailed and actionable test results.
  • Previous experience working in eCommerce and Digital Marketing a distinct advantage.
  • Comfortable working with design and development teams.
  • Full suite of Microsoft office
  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS preferred but not essential
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager a plus, but not strictly required
