Excellent new position to join our inhouse Digital team as the Digital Executive. This is an exciting new career opportunity for a current team member who wants to apply their comprehensive knowledge of our customers to new digital initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience.

This opportunity will give the individual a chance to apply their knowledge to an exciting new medium and play a key role in building up for success in digital over the coming years. This role will be demanding and fast paced but offers a large amount of support and learning in the process. This individual will have the opportunity to develop their digital and CX skills by working with a best in class digital cx agency, while also increasing their personal exposure to senior management and key stakeholders

This Digital Executive will be required the individual with a well-rounded understanding of the business. This individual will act as a support for the Head of Digital in developing, launching and the ongoing improvement of upcoming digital initiatives in 2020 and beyond. With five new initiatives currently on the roadmap for 2020, the Digital Executive will act as a support on all workstreams with the opportunity to own one entirely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report on the operational reliance’s currently in place and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency by means of digital initiatives.
  • Work with team leaders, supervisors and IT project managers to asses, refine and deliver finalised business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing project and product support across all digital initiatives with;
  • Testing and UAT
  • Support with Analysis and Design
  • Liaising with 3rd Party Agencies
  • Defining tasks and timelines to complete (support in project planning)
  • Assist with ongoing development of initiatives based on user and business priorities.
  • Take a lead in the specific initiatives by owning the business requirements, overseeing the implementation and rolling out to customers and prospects.
  • Ongoing reporting and refinement of initiatives performance post-go live.



  • Strong understanding of operational structure.
  • Show evidence of developing insights from existing customer touchpoints, specifically in the customer care and sales departments.
  • Comfortable using suit of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of systems (Yodel, Laserfiche, Drupal CMS)
  • Ability to work with large volumes of numbers and data via excel
