Customer Care Supervisor


Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving overall team performance
  • Daily task management of the team including communicating results, rotas, staff schedules etc.
  • Assisting with agent queries
  • Reviewing agents’ calls in line with the business quality process and providing weekly feedback and coaching
  • Resolving customer escalations and providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Create and roll out training across the team
  • Conducting interviews during recruitment drives
  • Performing other duties that may be required

 

Desirable Skill Set:

  • A passion for customer service
  • The ability to coach and develop your team for success
  • Adaptable, flexible, collaborative and results driven
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills - ability to multi-task
  • An average call quality score of 9+ for both Technical and Customer Experience
  • You must be APA qualified
