Here in 123.ie are looking for a highly skilled Office Operation Administrator to join our Customer Care Team on a 3 Month Contract in our Dundrum office.

This is a part time role and offering flexible working hours.  This role will work as part of our contact centre deals with a large volume of calls and emails that we expect to be answered in a professional, friendly & efficient manner. We invest in our people through providing best in class training and supporting professional insurance qualifications.   We are looking for professional & driven people who are motivated by the desire to succeed

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning & indexing customer documentation
  • Dealing with deliveries in and out of the office
  • Issuing documents to customers
  • Any other ad hoc administration duties including running reports and mail merges

 

Requirements:

  • Previous administration related experience preferable
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and good computer and keyboard skills
  • A consistent record in meeting targets and Key Performance Indicators
  • A great attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail
