This is an excellent unique career opportunity for a Customer Care Admin Agent to join our dynamic and fast pace customers service team in Dublin.

We are currently expanding our call centre in Dundrum.  This role as a Customers Care Admin Agent with 123.ie is committed to delivering extraordinary standards of customer care and professionalism.

This job will involve you being the point of contact with a large volume of emails/documents that we expect to be dealt with in a professional, friendly & efficient manner.

We invest in our staff through coaching and development programmers to enable them to reach their true potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first class service to our customers.
  • To meet and exceed your assigned individual and team targets.
  • To take inbound policy queries from our customers via phone & email in relation to our motor, home and direct debit products.
  • Resolve all queries in an efficient manner
  • Offer professional advice on the Insurance Products we offer in accordance with regulation.
  • Additional adhoc administration duties

Requirements:

  • Leaving Certificate is a minimum requirement
  • Previous customer care or industry related experience preferably
  • Strong track record in meeting targets and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office with Word, Outlook & Excel is necessary
  • A great attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Enviable organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail.

  • A competitive salary of €25,000  with an achievable performance related bonus of €2,000 per annum.
  • Sociable hours of work, we are open between 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturday.
