Sales Supervisor  - Dublin  (open to internal applications only)

The main duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Driving overall team performance
• Attending Sales Performance Meetings on a weekly basis and discussing Team Performance
• Reviewing agents calls and providing regular coaching
• Communicating team performance on a daily basis and identifying opportunities for improvement
• During recruitment drives, conducting interviews
• Conducting weekly call reviews and documenting actions
• Investigating complaints and any non-compliance.

You must have the following:

• APA qualified at a minimum
• An average call quality score of 9+ for both Technical and Customer Experience
• A proven track record of excellent performance
• Excellent communication skills
• A flexible work ethos
• Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail.
