Our contact centre deals with a large volume of calls and emails that we expect to be answered in a professional, friendly & efficient manner. We invest in our people through providing best in class training and supporting professional insurance qualifications.

  • We offer a very market competitive salary: Basic salary is €25,000 plus a performance related bonus of €2,000 per annum, with an opportunity to increase salary upon successful completion of insurance qualification
  • The Call Centre is open 8am to 18:30pm Mon-Fri and 10am to 4pm Sat, are you flexible to work these hours?

What skills & experience will you need?

  • Expert communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in meeting targets and working in a busy environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer and keyboard skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail
  • Exceptional professionalism and pride in ensuring excellent customer care
  • A keen interest in insurance and financial services

What will you be responsible for?

  • Delivering first rate service to our customers
  • Meeting assigned KPIs and team targets
  • Processing policy queries and amendments in a timely and professional manner
  • Taking a wide variety of inbound policy queries from our customers in relation to our motor, home and direct debit products
  • Offering advice on the Insurance Products we offer in accordance with regulation
